Privacy Policy

How Bullymarket handles wallet addresses, local preferences, on-chain data, and limited technical information when you use the dashboard.

At a glance

We collect your public wallet address, local UI preferences, and standard technical logs. On-chain activity is public on Solana and outside our control.

Quick tip

Clear bookmarks and pins from Settings, or wipe all site data in your browser to remove local lists.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Bullymarket (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you use our website and dashboard (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Because the Service is wallet-native and largely non-custodial, much of your activity occurs on-chain and is public by design.

On-chain activityTrades, deposits, swaps you signSolana network
Local preferencesBookmarks, pins, currency, togglesYour browser storage
Technical logsIP, device type, pages viewed, errorsService infrastructure

Wallet & session data

When you connect a wallet, we receive your public address to personalize the dashboard — for example, to label positions, bookmarks, and pins. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase. Disconnecting clears the active session in the UI; local lists may remain in your browser until you clear site data.

Local storage in your browser

  • Prediction market bookmarks keyed to your connected wallet
  • Radar pin / watchlist entries
  • Display currency (SOL vs USD) and notification preferences
  • Draft create-market flows in preview builds

This data stays on your device unless you clear browser storage or we add optional cloud sync in a future release. Clearing site data in your browser removes these preferences.

How we use information

  1. Operate and improve the Service (UI, performance, bug fixes)
  2. Display portfolio, bookmarks, and market context tied to your wallet
  3. Prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  4. Comply with law and enforce our Terms
  5. Communicate product updates where you have opted in

Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, error monitoring) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Swaps and on-chain actions interact with third-party protocols (e.g. Jupiter, Solana RPC providers) governed by their own policies.

Retention

Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging, then deleted or aggregated. On-chain data persists indefinitely on public ledgers. Local browser data persists until you remove it.

Your choices

  • Disconnect your wallet at any time from the header menu
  • Clear bookmarks, pins, and preferences from Settings
  • Clear all site data via browser settings
  • Disable optional notification categories in Settings

International users & children

The Service may be accessed globally. You are responsible for compliance with local privacy and financial laws. The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes & contact

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version in the dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy. Questions: reach us via official Bullymarket support channels in Settings → Resources.
