These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bullymarket website, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Bullymarket (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By connecting a wallet, browsing markets, trading, creating markets, depositing liquidity, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use prediction markets, digital assets, and related financial products where you live. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, including sanctions, gambling, securities, and consumer-protection rules.

• You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or a citizen of a jurisdiction where prediction markets or crypto trading are prohibited.
• You represent that you are not on any sanctions list and will not use the Service on behalf of a sanctioned person or entity.
• We may restrict or terminate access at any time if we believe you are ineligible or in violation of these Terms.

Non-custodial wallet access

Bullymarket is a non-custodial interface. We do not hold your private keys, seed phrases, or assets. Transactions are signed in your wallet (e.g. Phantom) and settled on Solana. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or money transmitter.

Prediction markets & trading

The Service surfaces prediction markets where users may buy and sell outcome shares tied to real-world events. Market prices reflect participant activity and do not constitute advice, guarantees, or endorsements by Bullymarket.

• You may lose the full amount you pay for outcome shares.
• Markets resolve according to published rules and oracle or admin processes described per market.
• Disputes over resolution sources are handled under market-specific rules; we do not guarantee error-free resolution.
• Preview or mock environments may simulate trades without moving real funds — do not rely on preview data as financial guidance.

Market creation

If you create a market, you represent that your question is clear, objectively resolvable, lawful, and not misleading. You must not create markets that promote illegal activity, harassment, manipulation, or hate. We may remove, hide, or refuse to list markets at our discretion.

Liquidity programs (LP pods)

LP pods allow users to deposit assets into liquidity programs that may earn fees from trading activity. Deposits are subject to smart-contract risk, impermanent loss–style dynamics, withdrawal rules, and total loss of principal. APY or fee figures shown in the UI are estimates, not promises.

Fees & network costs

Trading, creation, LP, and swap flows may incur protocol fees and Solana network fees. Fee schedules may change; estimates shown in the UI are for convenience only. You are solely responsible for paying network fees and ensuring sufficient SOL for gas.

Prohibited conduct

• Market manipulation, wash trading, or coordinated misinformation
• Exploiting bugs, front-running, or attacking smart contracts
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or eligibility requirements
• Scraping or automated access that degrades the Service
• Impersonating Bullymarket, other users, or oracles
• Uploading malware or interfering with Service integrity

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULLYMARKET AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ON-CHAIN TRANSACTIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
